soccer is a sport that you aren't allowed to use your hands in.in other countries it is known as football.there are 7-11 players,1 goalie,2-3 defenders,2-3 forwards,2-3 midfielders,1 rover(optional).it is played on a rectangle field with a goal on each end of the field.the object of the game is to pass the ball to your players and get it into the other teams goal without getting it taken from the other team or using your hands. the goalie however can use his/her hands in certain boundaries.the goalies job is to defend the goal(and can use their hands).the defenders also defend the goal tough they can't use their hands.the forwards job is to score the goals they usually don't go on the defending side of the field.the midfielders help out the team were they're struggling.the rovers job is to go were ever the ball is and follow the ball every were.soccer is the most popular sport in the world.
